If you choose to provide us with your Personal Information, we will use that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

No Advertising & Marketing Policy

The CFVA values personal privacy generally and will use your Personal Information only for internal CFVA purposes and we will not release member information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes, except as described in this Privacy Policy or as necessary to produce and operate the online and print versions of the Colorado Production Guide (“CPG”) described below.

CPG Third Party Services

The CFVA utilizes third parties to publish and operate the CPG, and your Personal Information provided to us in connection with CPG orders, listings and other services may be shared with such third parties as necessary to process your requests. The CFVA will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect your Personal Information and to utilize it only for the purpose of processing your CPRG related requests.

Some of our Web pages utilize “cookies” and other common tracking technologies to collect information about CFVA web site activity. Your Personal Information (e.g., login and password) may be used to confirm your membership status and to provide online services available only to members (e.g., “home page” functionality, discounts, listing editing capability, etc.). You may set most browsers to accept, reject or otherwise control cookies, but please note that certain CFVA services may not be available if your browser settings reject cookie usage. Other tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that CFVA sites are accessed. Our use of cookies and other tracking technologies allows us to improve the CFVA websites (e.g., analyzing performance and other trends and statistics).

In the event the CFVA wishes to use your Personal Information in a manner not described in this Policy, the CFVA will not do so without your informed consent. This means that such proposed use will not be authorized unless (a) we first inform you of the proposed use, and (b) you explicitly consent to such use.
