A new film by Denver-based Havey Productions, will premiere at at the Colorado Convention Center at 6:00pm on February 3, the week before CINEMA Day at the capitol. Proceeds from ticket sales will be used to place the film in all 1800 public schools and libraries across the state.

Let's support a local film maker making a difference and learn all about the building we'll be spending the day in on Wednesday, February 8. "Our State Capitol is an iconic symbol reflecting the past, present and future of all Coloradans," director Jim Havey said. "This film takes you behind the scenes and tells the stories of the people who built the building and the building that built the state." Several legislators are expected to attend and there is a reception prior to the screening.
