Denver, CO -- Berg Imaging, Inc. today announced that the first public screening of its fulllength feature film "Misogyny" (94 minutes) will be at The Oriental Theater in Denver on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 7:30PM. "Misogyny" is a dark, psychological thriller filmed entirely in the Denver area that features an exclusively-Colorado cast. "Misogyny" has not been rated by the MPAA, but it is likely to be rated "R" because of the mature subject matter, violence, and nudity. No one under 18 will be admitted.
Producer/Director Robert Berg, who has worked in the motion picture and television industry in Colorado since 1987 and is a former President of the Colorado Film and Video Association, said today "'Misogyny' is a unique, controversial film that is certainly not everyone's cup-of-tea. The film pulls no punches, and everyone who has seen it has come away with strong feelings. Early script readers either really loved the film or really hated it...there was no in-between. But I think that is what art is supposed to do, make you feel something...and I don't think there really has ever been a motion picture like this made in Denver before now."
