What’s more Throwback Thursday than a movie that takes place in the Dust Bowl? Denver’s Crooked Lake Productions presents, Wrong Side Up — a coming of age story about a twelve-year-old boy whose fate is determined by his father's departure and the impending Dust Bowl, as he's forced to care for his family and their farm.
The film was shot in rustic locations throughout Colorado including, Como, Campo, Douglas County Open Spaces and Denver. It releases in April for festival distribution, and there will be a screening the same month at DFS for the film's crowdfunders — with remaining seats open to the public.
