Discovering Character, Plot and Tone
All of us begin with an inspiration; an idea that moves us to explore and to create a story. For most writers, exploration of the idea relies solely on this feeling of inspiration to pull them through the process. And then what? This class looks to provide encouraging next steps in crafting, structuring, and furthering story into screenplay. The four sessions are designed as a combination of analysis, discussion, and written exercise all focused on the Principles of Story Development: Character, Plot and Tone.
